    What is your cancellation policy?

    In the event of cancellation of the flight due to unsuitable weather conditions, we will make a full refund of any monies paid.

    When will we go?

    We fly early in the morning because this is the coolest time of the day, with the lightest winds. This ensures maximum performance from the balloons and allows soft landings.

    What are the main parts of a balloon?

    There are three main parts of a balloon; the ENVELOPE, made from lightweight rip-stop nylon fabric; the BASKET, made of wicker, which carries the Pilot, passengers and liquid propane fuel tanks; and the BURNER, which turns the liquid propane into gas which burns to heat the air in the envelope.
