1. What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation of the flight due to unsuitable weather conditions, we will make a full refund of any monies paid. You may cancel your reservation in writing up to 24 hours before the flight date with no charge, or you can change the date of your flight (subject to availability) by calling +90 532 324 98 17. Any other reason for non-attendance will be regarded as a no-show and you will be charged in full.

2. How will the currencies be converted?

Foreign currency will be converted to New Turkish Lira with foreign currency conversion calculation of the Central Bank of Turkey on the transaction date, www.tcmb.gov.tr

3. Can we get a refund?

Refunds and declined transactions may be subject to an additional handling fee.

4. How much does it cost?

The single passenger fare for a normal flight is 160 EURO. Our VIP flight fare is 1200 EURO for two persons. We are happy to accept payment in most major currencies and with cash or credit card.

5. How do reservations work?

When we receive the completed form, your reservation will be confirmed. We will not expect to charge your card, but to hold the details as a guarantee for the space you have reserved until we meet on the morning of the flight.
